Stock Availability If an item is "out of stock", please check back with us often. Our candles are hand made on a daily basis and we will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Shipping We take great pride in handling your order as quickly as possible. We do not ship in extreme temperatures however, should it be too hot or too cold, We will send you an email right away if your order will be delayed due to weather. With our product being hand made, please allow between 3 to 5 business days for your order to leave our candle studio. Should you need your order faster, please contact us. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We also prefer not to ship on Fridays and have our candles sitting in a warehouse all weekend. Please make sure that all your shipping information is correct when placing your order. Shipments may be delayed if UPS has to re-route your package due to incorrect address information. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We are not able to guarantee estimated shipping times as they are determined by UPS. Please visit www.UPS.com for specific delivery times. We will make every attempt to ship your product in the smallest and fewest boxes possible, without sacrificing the quality and safety of the product, to reduce shipping costs and environmental waste we reuse boxes and packing materials wherever possible. Please reuse or recycle your packing materials as well. Payment Options We accept payment by credit/debit cards. Visa MasterCard Important Information about Payment: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Return Policy / Lost & Missing Orders All returns require approval. Do not send candles back without first having contacted us. Margo takes great pride in the quality of her work and wants you to love it! If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know. Please call before sending any returns to us. We cannot accept candles back that have been lit or damaged unless they are faulty. If you have any questions, or need to make a return, please email us at info@tatinecandles.com and we will respond to your inquiry promptly. Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt, in perfect unused condition, complete with all the product packaging, and we will give you a full refund, less shipping charges. Please do not send a return without first having had contact with Tatine Candle Company to discuss the reason. If returned items are not received within the 14 day period we will not be able to honor your return. If your shipment arrives incomplete or is not received in a timely manner, please contact us within 14 days of shipment notification so we may track your order. If you do not notify us within 14 days regarding the missing items or lost shipment, we will be unable to replace your items. If a product is faulty, or the wrong item was sent, please let us know immediately and all shipping and handling charges will be refunded.If you wish to exchange a candle, we do not cover shipping costs in that case. We ask that you retain tracking information and insure your package when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us. Please enclose an email address and phone number with your return, as well as the reason and your contact with Tatine Candles regarding your return. We will arrange for your refund upon receipt of the goods, and will contact you to let you know that your refund has been arranged. Product Info and Care All our candles are 100% hand made from start to finish. No two candles will be identical. Slight flaws and imperfections and slight color differences are a part of the unique hand made process. Please use your best judgment with lit candles. Never ever leave lit candles unattended and follow the burning instructions for each candle type. Following burning instructions will make your candle last longer, burn better, provide safety guidelines and help you get the most out of our product. Keep candles away from direct sunlight, the color and fragrance will fade in the sun, in extreme hot and also in very cold temperatures as well. Privacy Policy We want you to enjoy and feel comfortable ordering from us. Your privacy and security is important and we will never sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance, including the information of customers who wish to join our e-mail list. |
